Personal or Start-Up loans range from 10K-300K and can be used for any reason. Payback is anywhere from 2-7 years. The minimum FICO score needed for pre-approval is 650.
Line of Credit
Most often a LOC is the cheapest capital to obtain as it has 0% interest for 9-15 months. A line of credit ranges from 5K-300K. The minimum FICO score needed for pre-approval is 650.
Term Business Loan
This is a more traditional bank style loan with monthly payments. Business funding ranges from 10K-2M with payback over 2-10 years. You must be in business for at least 6 months and gross a minimum of 10K/month to pre-qualify.
Equipment
Equipment funding ranges from 10K-2M. Your business must gross at least 10K/month OR you must have a minimum FICO score of 650 to pre-qualify.
Real Estate
65-90% LTV. Real Estate/Commercial funding ranges from 50K-10M at 4-12%. The minimum FICO score needed for pre-approval is 600. (Single Family, Multi-Family, Fix & Flip, Refinance, Etc.)
